RCI Systems, Inc. does not tolerate harassment of our job applicants, employees, clients, guests, vendors, customers, or persons doing business with RCI Systems, Inc. Any form of harassment related to an employee’s race, creed, color, national origin, age, religion, sex, pregnancy, ancestry, citizenship, marital status, physical or mental disability, medical condition, sexual orientation, special disabled or veteran status, or other protected group status is a violation of this policy and will be treated as a disciplinary matter. For these purposes, the term harassment includes, but is not limited to, slurs, jokes, or other verbal, graphic, or physical conduct relating to an individual’s race, color, sex, religion, or national origin; sexual advances; requests for sexual favors and other verbal, graphic, or physical conduct of a sexual nature. Any employee who engages in such conduct will be subject to disciplinary action up to and including termination.
