We consider our insurance to be one of the best offered in the industry. Our General Liability insurance is on a per occurrence basis. In addition, we offer blanket additional insured, with a waiver of subrogation and primary and non-contributory coverage. We are proud to say all of our insurers are A rated. Our ratings are equivalent to the top 2% of industry peers with much larger revenues. This enables RCI Systems, Inc. to be a competitive team member on any size project.
Our current General Liability insurance limits are $2 Million per occurrence with an additional $10 Million umbrella coverage. Our coverage and limits are evaluated on a recurring basis.

Barry began his career in surety after graduating from college in 1968 where he joined the bond department of Aetna Casualty & Surety Company in Charlotte, North Carolina. After 13 years with Aetna, Barry went on to serve as bond manager in its Little Rock, Kansas City and Omaha branch offices. In 1981, Barry resigned from Aetna, moved his family to Phoenix, and founded Constructors Bonding, Inc. In 1997, Barry was honored by the National Association of Surety Bond Producers with its Tiger Trust award for service in promotion of the use of surety bonds.
Our capacity for any single job is $3 Million and an aggregate of $15 Million. We continue to maintain an excellent relationship with Constructors Bonding, Inc. and have always been awarded bonding capacities based on the demand of the project.
Our Workman’s Compensation Experience Modification Rating has consistently been well below industry standard. In the last 5 years our rates have not been in excess of .75. Our current E-Modification rate is .72. Our track record is a direct reflection on our ongoing commitment to our safety program. Fact: Fire sprinklers are the most reliable fire protection system known. They report a 99.76% success rate in communities where all fires are reported.
